My mind a light blur, like a daydreaming gaze.
Our eyes matching up while I’m in your gaze.
You have taken up my days.
Dark brown eyes at the start of your gaze.
Don’t go away, I want you to stay.
Tell me I’m the only one who has your gaze.
I am deeply falling for all of your ways.
Eyesight of the beholder carefully picks this gaze.
No, this is not shallow nor a phase.
A magnificent flower blooming within the gaze.
The experience is a fresh bouquet, except it will never decay.
This is because my love and longing is all in your gaze.
I absolutely love this poem, the feelings one has when in love, and how they just never want it to go away, it’s perfectly translated into an amazing poem from this astonishing writer!
